Accgo Corrections Policy
Accuracy matters when readers are comparing products, checking prices, and deciding what to buy. This policy explains how Accgo reviews correction requests, updates content, and communicates meaningful changes.
Accuracy First
We review factual concerns and update inaccurate or outdated information when needed.
Careful Review
We verify correction requests against reliable sources before changing published content.
Ongoing Updates
Product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations may change over time.
Our Commitment to Accuracy
Accgo publishes product reviews, buying guides, rankings, and deal coverage to help readers make informed shopping decisions. We aim to present information clearly and accurately, while recognizing that products, prices, availability, and promotions can change after an article is published.
When we identify a meaningful error, we review the relevant content and make an appropriate update. We also revisit articles when products are discontinued, new models are released, links change, or stronger alternatives become available.
What We Correct
Product Facts
Incorrect specifications, model details, compatibility information, dimensions, features, or product descriptions.
Pricing and Availability Context
Outdated deal language, expired promotions, unavailable products, or links that no longer lead readers to the intended item.
Editorial Clarity
Statements that need clarification, added context, or more precise wording to help readers understand our recommendation.
Attribution and Disclosure
Author details, source references, affiliate disclosures, or other transparency information that needs correction.
How to Submit a Correction
Readers, brands, and other interested parties may report a potential error by emailing hello@accgo.com. Please use the subject line Correction Request and include:
- The URL of the Accgo article.
- The specific sentence, product detail, price reference, or link that may need review.
- A brief explanation of the concern.
- A reliable supporting source, when available.
Helpful detail makes review faster. Product pages, manufacturer documentation, screenshots, and other relevant sources can help our team evaluate a request efficiently.
How We Review Requests
We evaluate correction requests based on the potential impact on readers and the reliability of the available evidence. Issues that could materially affect a purchasing decision receive priority.
Material Corrections and Routine Updates
A material correction changes information that could meaningfully affect a reader’s understanding or purchase decision. Examples include correcting the wrong product model, revising an inaccurate feature claim, or clarifying a recommendation after discovering an important error.
When appropriate, a material correction will include a visible note explaining what changed. Routine maintenance updates, such as replacing an expired link, refreshing a price reference, improving formatting, or fixing a minor typo, may be made without a separate correction note.
Prices, Deals, and Product Availability
Prices, promotions, shipping terms, and product availability can change frequently, especially during limited-time sales. Accgo works to keep deal coverage useful, but the price shown by a retailer at the time of purchase is the applicable price.
We may update articles when promotions expire, products sell out, new models launch, or a better alternative becomes available. These updates help keep our recommendations relevant over time.
Affiliate Transparency
Accgo may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links. Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a factual correction is made, how a correction is reviewed, or how our editorial recommendations are updated.
